Established in 1990, Pioneer Cleaning is a professional cleaning business based on the island of Nantucket. We offer a full range of commercial, residential and janitorial cleaning services. We understand the importance of a clean working environment for you, your employees and your customers. We have excellent equipment and can be the one source for all your janitorial and light maintenance needs. Pioneer Cleaning, Inc. is licensed and fully insured for liability and workmen's compensation.
Standards
From commencement of a cleaning contract we will maintain a high standard. To maintain a high standard, we will provide the correct volume and quality of cleaning materials and equipment.
Hours of Operation
We operate seven days per week -- early morning -- after hours evening -- daytime shifts -- night shifts. Our services ensure that buildings receive immediate attention from facilities services staff when situations such as broken water pipes, power outages, backed up drains or broken lights occur. We operate a 24 hour pager service so there is always a manager available on call.
Site Access
We can either access your site while your own staff are on the premises or if you have on-site security. Many of our staff are reliable key holders with responsibilty for securing and alarming sites after completion of the cleaning. We are not a security company. Therefore, spare keys and customers' alarm details are not kept on our premises.
